Owner and chef Shauntel Green built this business alongside her cousins, fueled by a shared love of soul food and a dream to bring specialty chicken & waffles to Pittsburgh's South Side. They put their heart into every single plate — and it shows.
Today, Dirty Birds Chicken is one of Pittsburgh's most-loved Black-owned food destinations. What started as a passion project grew into a community staple, earning a 4.7-star DoorDash rating and a loyal following of 19,000+ fans across Instagram.
